The innovative design group LEIF has created these beautiful cast bottle vases literally right from out of the trash! This beautiful series serves as a wonderful example of how everyday objects can be turned into beautiful objects... The bold colors are what give these vessels a fresh breath of life- inspiring me to try something similar on found objects around my home- perhaps some kern jars or tin cans? The endless possibilities are pretty exciting! Hope you find some inspiration as well!
Wednesday, July 20, 2011 at 4:19PM This featured Etsy seller made me giggle out loud a little. The shop is called Dope on a Rope with the clever slogan "don't smoke it... soak it!" because they use hemp oils in their line of soaps. This particular soap caught my eye- Trout on a Rope... and no- it won't make you smell like fish- rather a sweet combination of coconut, palm, and safflower oils.
