I'm definitely not the best cook. And I'm even worse at baking. But ask any of my friends and they'll tell you that I will cook just about anything in a crock pot... I LOVE the convenience it offers and how even the simplest recipe can be transformed into something savory and flavorful! Crock pots aren't just for stews and meat anymore. It's not often I have a vocal reaction toward something I see on the internet. This recipe, however, not only made me shriek "whhhhaaa?!," it managed to place a huge grin across my face. Baked Avocado Fries. Almost sounds too good to be true, right? It's everything I could ever ask for in a recipe (not to mention this is something I can ACTUALLY make with the primitive baking skills I have...) If you can't already tell, I'm pretty flippin' excited to try this out... VIA
