Can't Get Enough of Poufs

Who doesn't love a pouf? It's a place to prop up your tired feet, lay your design magazines or rest a serving tray. You can even throw it on top of a chair for some added color. They're just an awesome thing to have. And as far as I'm concerned, you really can't have too many! You can even make them yourself if you feel so inclined. In fact, I've decided to share some of my all-time favorite DIY pouf projects so you can easily & inexpensively enjoy them all over your home too!

Cityscape Pillows

Did you see these on FAB.com today? Because I did, and fell in love.

Prints and Palletes by Scion

I don't know how/why it took so long for me to discover Scion wallpapers and fabrics... but I did. And it makes me happy. I'm digging their patterns- with everything from rustic and natural, to hip and illustrative. The bright color palettes are so refreshing! Especially that blue/orange combo. And if patterned wallpaper is a bit too overwhelming for your taste, one of their pillows could just as easily give you that pop of design you're looking for!

According to Panda

We've got a new Shop of the Month here at MDP! Okay, so this isn't technically one shop, but when I saw the work of Cátia Tomé, the artist behind According to Panda, I knew I had to share it! I love her cool geometric prints, especially when used as a textile. Her blog is also full of wonderful inspiration (and adorable pictures of her cat, which I'm a total sucker for...) Definitely worth checking out her Society6, Etsy and CARGO stores!

Kind of obsessed with this collection from Huset. A few of these pillows or tea towels could easily transform any home into a woodland winter wonderland!

Perhaps it's because I'm super excited about the new Hunger Games movie coming out, but for whatever reason, whenever I see arrow-shaped objects, I get the uncontrollable urge to buy them.
