TW Workshop
Thursday, September 13, 2012 at 5:03PM Such a cool collection from TW Workshop by British designer Tracy Wilkinson! What initially caught my attention from her collection were the ceramic vessels intricately woven with wicker. They have this wonderful rustic and clearly - handmade - look. But really, getting one of these is just another excuse for me to bring pretty plants into my house!! Love them all...
Molding DIY Projects
Tuesday, May 29, 2012 at 3:12PM Well hello eveyone! Hope you all had a wonderful Memorial Day Weekend. Mine flew by as I spent most of it helping my boyfriend move into and decorate his new apartment! Let me tell you, I'm absolutely in love with his space. It's a spanish style-vintage with all the original charming details including wooden beams, arched doorways, brass fixtures and of course, crown molding. This got me thinking of how molding can really transform the look of a room, and so inexpensively! So I started hunting around the web to find the best molding DIY projects I could find. Take a look at some of my favorites!

Product DIY: Hanging Outdoor Bed
Monday, May 23, 2011 at 3:41PM Just give me a good book and a sangria- and I could call this wonderful hanging bed my new home for the Summer. Ohhh how this makes me wish I had a deck to build this on. One day! Found on the blog Life at Fire Lake Camp.
DIY : Hanging Herb Garden
Wednesday, March 9, 2011 at 4:07PM Spring is approaching us already (March 20- can you believe it?) It's a wonderful time to start getting your hands dirty in the garden- especially with herbs! If you go to your local Farmer's Markets (or Trader Joes, if you're a city kid like me) you'll see numerous varieties already in season- I've gotten Rosemary and Thyme the past few weeks in my Abundant Harvest Veggie Box- but now I'm thinking of growing some myself- so now is the perfect time!
I came across this clever DIY project on the Instructables website which looked right up my alley. By re-purposing a shoe hanger (something you can find at Target, Ikea, or a home improvement kind of store) you can make the perfect vertical hanging herb garden. The great thing is, you don't need much space at all for it- just a wall to hang it from. If you need a little green-thumb inspiration You Grow Girl is a great resource to check out...
Nest Rest
Tuesday, March 1, 2011 at 3:10PM Oi! Woke up today feeling like I just got off a nauseating carnival ride. I'm using tangerines and tea to fight this thing off- but really- I just wanna crawl into bed, or a Dedon nest, to rest. Alas, it's a busy day and I've got loads of work to do.
Loving This Bike Rack/ Shelf
Friday, December 10, 2010 at 5:01PM We could use some of these in my place! We can't leave the bikes outside because of the rainy season... This is the perfect stylish solution! via Knife & Saw. I saw something like this at Target too... not quite as smart looking but a little more budget friendly :)
