The Boyscouts Lookbook

I adore Zelda Beauchampet's graphic brand for girls entitled "The Boyscouts." You see it brought to life in this wonderful Lookbook styled by photographer and art director Joost van Brug. I love the pink backdrop used in this shoot, something I don't recall ever seeing before. The colors pop out beautifully, and each piece is displayed likes its own little work of art.

DIY Love Necklace

I think I may have found the perfect DIY project for Mother's Day this year! This tutorial comes from the uber crafty New York-based blogger Kirsten of Studs and Pearls. I love this necklace because, aside from the low price tag, it's completely customizable! I was thinking of using the word "MOM" instead of Love for Mother's Day. The only thing harder than coming home from a wonderful vacation, is being too busy to share it with everyone! Hidden Vases by Chris Kabel

These clever little self-watering plant holders (aka Hidden Vases) were designed by Chris Kabel. The intent of this project was to highlight the flowers while keeping their water source invisible. I love the styling choices found in these photographs. The bright colors and bold shapes contrast quite nicely with these minimalist containers. I'm especially fond of the piece made with a wine bottle! Wouldn't that look lovely on a dining room table?

Pop Stick Bangles by Kate Spade

Can't think of a good (or bad) joke to share with your friends? Sounds like we have something in common! I can never remember jokes. Ever. I think I broke my funny bone as a kid or something. So here's a quick problem solve- these beautiful gold plated bangles by Kate Spade. Inspired by the playful popsicle sticks from our childhood, these bangles refresh the memory with one some of those sweeter laughs in life.
