Dwell With Dignity
Thursday, September 1, 2011 at 3:40PM I heard about Dwell with Dignity on the Nate Berkus Show a few days ago and was completely in LOVE with the concept... interior design for those in need! Wow. What an idea! Re-designing a home can bring true joy to lives, and it's now being acknowledged and showcased in such an impactful way. Founder, Lisa Robison, has taken this idea and made it a reality for families all across the country. Dwell with Dignity is a non-profit organization made possible by volunteers and Interior Designers who are dedicated to creating inspiring homes for struggling families. Their site is a great resource of inspiration in so many ways- not only does it offer valuable decorating and DIY tips, but it also shares stories of those families who are being helped. Just makes me feel all warm and fuzzy on the inside! I really could go on and on- but I think the work can speak for itself...

I didn't even know such a group of kind and caring people existed. In such a different way, too. Not many think of the way this can help struggling families. Not to mention their work is stunning!
