Pie... In An Apple

I'm seriously tempted to bring these to Thanksgiving dinner this year...  Apple Pie IN an Apple.

Clever. Healthy. Easy. Yep, meets my criteria for the perfect recipe! VIA

INGREDENTS:

For Each Medium Apple

1 tbsp sugar, 1/2 tbsp all purpose flour, 1/4 tsp powdered cinnamon

Sweet Pie Dough

1/2 cup all purpose flour, 1/2 cup whole wheat flour, 1/2 cup corn starch,

100g cold butter, 1 egg, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp baking powder

Maybe I'm just blind, but all I can see are the ingredients... no baking instructions? Really, really, really want to try this, if all else fails I could always just try to give it my best guess for baking instructions.
