DIY : Lace Jewelry Holder
Tuesday, April 13, 2010 at 2:39PM I've been in a crafty mood lately and this weekend was no exception... I've had this idea for a while and finally decided to do it. It's so simple yet so pretty and useful... So here's my step-by step DIY on how to create your very own lace jewelry frame. Enjoy!

1. Industrial Stapler
2. Large Piece of Lace / Doily
3. Wooden Picture Frame (I painted mine off-white for this project)

Center the lace on the back-side of the frame

Staple the lace all the way around the inside edge of frame

Cut off excess lace around edge

Flip around and look at your beautiful work!

I saw and loved this, you could also use a sewing hoop if you wanted a round frame instead...
Is there a way to do this without a staple gun?
This jewelry holder is fabulous, have you made any plastic card holder?
What a great idea! Beautiful
Looks like old things do become new...I made these back in the 80ss...lol. I have never come up a way to keep post earring ...any ideas besides keep them in a box????
hi from australia, i would like to know if you would have any problems with me making the jewellery frame and selling them, as i am enjoying making cute vintage stuff in my husband's shed ( well now it's full of girl stuff hahah). i think other non-crafty people would love them too, really love your work. Totally happy to acknowledege your designs and details.
keep on crafting
cheers Fiona

I am definitely going to do this, I've been looking for a way to store my jewelry for ages!
Where did you get the lace from?
