Heavenly Carmelized Gorganzola Brussel Sprouts

I've been privileged to live with my roommate Katie, as she has used me as her personal food-tasting guinea pig throughout her cooking adventures. She has mastered the technique of caramelizing ANYTHING... and to give you an example she will show you her fantastic recipe for carmelized gorganzola brussel sprouts with broiled talapia. It's super simple and quick to make and will impress the heck out of anyone who tries it.

Ingredients:
carmelized pearl onions, olive oil, 1 clove garlic, salt and pepper, balsamic vinegar, spicy mustard, honey, 2 tilapia filets.

Directions:
Caramelize pearl onions in pan. Cut brussel sprouts in half, pan-grill them in the same pan, then add a little water to steam with a lid until tender.
For Fish: Make your glaze with 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar and 1 teaspoon of spicy mustard and honey. Place tilapia on tin foil and wrap it with glaze on top. Broil for 15 minutes. Plate with your brussel sprouts and crumble gorgonzola over everything! Bon Apetit!
