Be Mine

Good Morning! It's Friday, my favorite day of the week, and I'm getting excited about Valentines Day! Whether or not you have a hubby to hold onto- there's someone out there for everyone to love- be it your family, your friends, your pets, or yourself. Love is in the air and Spring is on the horizon. My boyfriend and I are planning on doing a couples scavenger hunt in Venice Beach on Valentines Day. We'll rent a couple of bikes (until I get my own- I'll be going to the bicycle kitchen for that!) and explore the city together. You can grab a friend and go as well- it's not limited to couples!

I found some cute little gifts at a place called Pop + Shorty. They specialize in custom designs, but they also have a store with nicely designed pieces that graphic design geeks will really appreciate (myself included.)

Remember these? We used to call them cootie-catchers when I was in school but at Pop + Shortly they're called fortune tellers. This one helps you choose what to do on a date. We all get a little comfortable with the same-ol' sometimes, so why not take this little guy out and and see what adventures await you!
